Returns & Exchanges

At Sonderegger & Co. AG, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your shipping confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
